A museum at 3000 metres

The Marmolada is an unmissable skiing destination of the Dolomiti Superski, offering the longest slope in the region – La Bellunese (12 km) – and the most impressive panoramic terrace – Punta Rocca (3265 m).

In addition, the mountain is home to the Great War Museum, the highest in Europe located at an altitude of 3,000 m amidst rocks and ice.

The museum presents a multimedia and multi-sensory route that guides the visitor through the experience of the combatants who took part in the war on the Marmolada.
This museum is an attraction that transports the visitor into an experience of life on the mountain, through the stories of the combatants and environmental evidence of the war.
