The refuge is set in an evocative environment, full of historical memories and natural harmonies. In the silence of the mountain you hear the Brenta Dolomites speak and listen to their unique profile. Majestic, closing an exciting scenery, the Presanella, tall, elegant, precious.
Come and visit us, we are waiting to cook you typical Trentino dishes, our famous desserts, and accommodate you with our 48 beds in small rooms and rooms with a maximum of 8 beds.
We are a starting and ending point for excursions and climbs to discover the beautiful peaks, small lakes, and valleys surrounding the refuge. Take the SS 239 towards Madonna di Campiglio; between Pinzolo and S. Antonio di Mavignola, at a marked hairpin bend, take the road to Val Nambrone. Once you arrive at Rifugio Nambrone, continue for about 8 km until you reach the parking lot at Malga Vallina d’Amola at 2020 meters. Here, follow trail No. 211 (E), which will take you on an easy one-hour walk to Rifugio Segantini.
You can also leave your car at the parking lot of Rifugio Cornisello at 2120 meters, and by following trail No. 216 (E), in about 1 hour and 15 minutes of walking, you will reach Rifugio Segantini passing through Pas del Om (consult the map found under “contacts”). The ascent to Cima della Presanella (3558 m) is undoubtedly the most prestigious excursion you can undertake starting from Rifugio Segantini.
