A balcony view over the most beautiful sunsets in the Dolomites
Tradition with passion since 1829
The Hotel Adler Carezza is not far from Lake Carezza, one of the most photographed Dolomite lakes where the Latemar range is beautifully mirrored: together with the Rosengarten/Catinaccio, it captures a glimpse of the most well-known of the Dolomites.
The Hotel Adler Carezza is surrounded by the most beautiful spruce forests in Europe which extend at the foot of the Latemar Dolomites: a breathtaking mountain setting.
You have to go at least once in your life!
At the Hotel Adler Carezza you’ll feel right at home. The elegant Spa area is a sensual place: a Finnish sauna, traditional sauna, sanarium and Turkish bath regenerate and purify the body, thus reinforcing the immune system, they eliminate lactic acid after a healthy workout in the open air, alleviate stress and insomnia, improve circulation, help to soften the skin, and most importantly, give pleasure which is multiplied by the spectacular, large windows which offer stunning panoramic views that can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on a chaise-longue.
The healthy appetite that a holiday at the Hotel Adler Carezza stimulates, is satisfied by a delicious menu that combines South Tyrolean with Mediterranean cooking, combining the best, genuine cuisine: abundantly light and tasty! The choice of typical local products, along with wines from Alto Adige and Trentino, give justified recognition to an area where hospitality is its flagship.
At Hotel Adler Carezza, you will be well rested. Our rooms are furnished with “green” materials such as Latemar spruce wood, all are comfortable and have a lovely balconies with deckchairs. In the morning, the crisp air at an altitude of 1,400 metres tempts you to rush to the rich buffet – so much choice from traditional breads and pastries like the apple strudel from Alto Adige! – which will put a spring in your step.
The Hotel Adler Carezza is the right choice for all seasons because it’s at the centre of the most beautiful of destinations: in Val d’Ega there are over 500 km of well-marked and maintained trails with itineraries for mountain biking; for mountaineers there are the classic routes and the vie ferrate (rope-lined trails) of the Dolomites which are always a challenge, and for golfers there is a nine-hole par 70 green. In winter, skiers have a fantastic ski area at their disposal: the Carezza Ski, part of the mega Dolomiti Superski carousel, and the Carezza-Val di Fassa Ski Pass. For cross-country skiers there are always well maintained routes and for snow-shoers, there are itineraries in the enchanted forest. Fancy a sledge ride? Sure, let’s try!
